Easy dairy free chocolate ganache recipe
A ganache is a rich and sweet chocolate whipped dessert filling that can be used as a glaze or as a filling for treats such as chocolate truffles. When warm, it can be poured directly over desserts. It will thicken as it cools, and in this state can be whipped into a truffle filling.

Dairy free chocolate ganache recipe
- 283 grams dairy-free semisweet chocolate
- 160 mL cashew milk [cashew milk recipe]
Heat the cashew milk in a small saucepan until just to a boil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small stainless steel bowl. When the milk is boiling, pour over the chocolate. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Makes: about 480 mL of ganache.
